Caramel Flan Frappe

Ingredients

2 tbsp Torani Puremade Caramel Sauce + a little extra for drizzle

1 cup (8 ounces) milk

1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp instant coffee

¼ tsp xanthan gum

2 tbsp water

1.5 cups ice

Whipped cream

Instructions

Combine xanthan gum and water in a small cup or bowl. The mixture should clump together. Let the mixture sit for 2-5 minutes. To a blender, add milk, Torani Puremade Caramel Sauce, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, instant coffee, ice, and the xanthan gum mixture. Blend on high until the frappe is smooth and fluffy. Pour the frappe into a glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Enjoy!
